Hello!

You've found my online portfolio, where you can learn about me and my work.

I love people, good design, and jobs well done. I believe in appreciating the world, continuous improvement, and lifelong learning. My interests range far and wide, across areas seemingly unrelated to each other.

Ultimately, everything I do comes down to the 3 simple values I live by: Curiosity, Creativity, and Compassion. These were fostered in me from a very young age and are an integral part of who I am today. I have applied these values to my studies, projects, and community. As you explore this site you'll get to learn more about who I am and what I do.

Thanks for visiting!

Quotes

Notes from people I've worked with.

"I’ve known Tiffany for over 4 years as a student, a 5-time teaching assistant in my engineering design course The Art of Making, and as a University Innovation Fellow. She is one of the most exceptional students I’ve worked with and possesses some of the strongest natural leadership qualities I’ve encountered in any student, undergraduate or graduate, in 20 years of teaching and student mentorship. She is a true “Renaissance Woman” and a striking example of someone who breaks traditional silos and builds bridges between people and disciplines. Her creativity, insights, enthusiasm and natural leadership abilities enhance and elevate the experience of everyone with whom she interacts. Her work has directly benefited literally hundreds of students at the University of Pittsburgh – and she’s not done yet!"

- Dr. Joseph Samosky, Professor, University of Pittsburgh Bioengineering

"Working with Tiffany is a joy! To say she works hard is an understatement. Her contributions to the teams and projects we have been a part of have turned what could have been good outcomes into great outcomes!"

- Erik Santamaria, College Ministry Missionary, Reliant Mission

"Tiffany Smith is as good as it gets! As an administrator, I have been working with student workers at the University of Pittsburgh for nearly 20 years, and Tiffany is among the most responsible students that I have had the pleasure of working with. She is extremely attentive to detail and completes projects very efficiently. Tiffany has a fresh and modern sense for graphic design and produces work in a professional manner that is exactly right on the first attempt. She is a valuable member of our team!"

- Barbara DelRaso, Administrator, University of Pittsburgh

“Tiffany’s drive, focus, and leadership are tremendous assets that make those around her better. She has the ability to be exceptional.”

-Brent Hiser, Product Design Engineer/Co-op Mentor, Cooper Tire & Rubber Company
